If you contact us by form on the website, by e-mail, by telephone or in person, the data you provide will be stored by us for 2 years for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up enquiries. We use the analysis software Matomo (formerly PIWIK) (https://matomo.org) to optimise our websites. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated by this is anonymous and is not linked to personal data. The information collected is hosted on a server in Germany. In concrete terms, this means that only the site operator has access to the collected data. This data is therefore not transferred to external servers and is not shared with third parties for independent use. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, your IP address is pseudonymised. The user data will be stored for a period of 38 months.
